    SG-150 is a RF signal generator, frequency range 100KHz - 150MHz, into 6 ranges. 450MHz frequency can be generated by 3th harmonic on range ′F′. In internal modulation mode (MOD.MODE in INT position), internal modulation frequency can be adjusted from 50Hz to 20KHz through “MOD IN/OUT”terminal. In external modulation mode (MOD.MODE in EXT position), internal modulation frequency is fixed 1KHz. The instrument can be used for education purpose, as well as for production & calibration purpose.
